The Lodge holds four regular meetings each year. These meetings combine formal ritual with dining at what is known as the Festive Board. Regular meetings take place on the fourth Wednesday of September (Installation), and on the fourth Wednesday of November, February and April.

The September meeting is our Installation Meeting, at which a new Worshipful Master is Installed into the Chair of the Lodge. He then appoints his officers for the ensuing year. Following these formal proceedings, the brethren and their guests retire to the dining hall to enjoy the Festive Board.

The subsequent regular meetings in November, February and April are used to conduct the general business of the Lodge. This may include the initiation or progression of candidates, as well as propositions relating to charity or other matters requiring approval of the brethren.

All regular meetings commence at 5:30pm and conclude at approximately 10:00pm, following the Festive Board.

The Lodge committee, consisting of Past Masters and senior officers, meets four times each year after regular meetings. These meetings are held to discuss future Lodge business and, where necessary, to consider propositions.

As a significant part of the Lodge's work involves the ceremonial aspects of Freemasonry, it is essential that officers are well prepared and rehearsed. To support this, the Lodge holds a Lodge of Instruction every Tuesday evening from September to June. These informal meetings  provide an opportunity for practice and rehearsal and run from 7:30pm until approximately 9:15pm.
